Time Management

Time management...a concept that most people struggle with and few perfect, is something that I used to have control over and have suddenly fall victim too. I don't understand where my time has gone. In middle school, if I had a project due in October, I would finish it in Septemeber. Now I am lucky if I start with the task the day before it's due. Dr. Feinberg said that time management is the key to good leadership, and I cannot agree more. The most successful people I know are in complete control of their time and therefore can accomplish anything they put their mind to, because they have given themself plenty of time to get the task done correctly. After the lecture today, I could not help but calculate all the time I waste in my life. All the time I waste sitting and staring at the tv, all the time I waste sleeping or talking to people, it was absolulty mind blowing to think about. The other shocking thing I discovered today was how I had no clue how to fix this problem, or if I even cared enough to change this. I need to motivate myself and force myself to realize how a few changes can improve my life dramatically. Hopefully I will find this motivate before it is too late.
